Always reliable, MopRobo

Got another pack of replacement disposable wands and a bottle of cleaning solution last week. Shipping was quick again, took about 4 days to get to me in Arizona. Same good quality as always. That's why I keep coming back for my supplies.

Good cleaner, slow shipping

I ordered the Moprobo cordless pickup mop and a few microfiber roller refills. The mop does a solid job on my hardwood floors, much quieter than my old vacuum. It picks up spills really well, which was my main reason for buying it. However, shipping took nearly two weeks to reach my place in upstate New York, which felt a bit slow compared to other online purchases I've made recently. The customer service folks were polite when I inquired about the delay, but couldn't really speed things up. The product quality is good, though. It's a useful gadget to have, just wish delivery was a bit faster.

First Moprobo purchase, good experience

I bought the Moprobo cordless pickup mop after seeing an offer for new customers, which saved me a decent chunk of money. I was comparing a few brands but the discount made this one stand out. The mop arrived in about a week. It does what it says, handles liquid spills and the pet hair around the house without making a lot of noise. For the price I paid, especially with the first-order discount, it felt like a smart purchase. I was a bit hesitant since it was my first time ordering from them, but it worked out well. Definitely feel like I got good value for my money.

Decent mop, good value overall

I was looking for a new floor cleaner and decided to try the Moprobo cordless pickup mop. I got it during a holiday promotion, which knocked about $40 off the price, making it a good deal. Ordering was straightforward on their website; it was easy to find what I needed. Shipping took exactly 6 days to arrive in Ohio, which was within their estimated window. The mop itself works as advertised – it's quiet and handles spills well. I used it for a coffee spill and some pet hair, and it picked everything up without much fuss. Setting it up was simple enough, just followed the instructions. The battery life is adequate for my apartment, lasts about 30 minutes on one charge. Customer support wasn't needed, so can't comment there. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase and the value.
